New Yes on 2 TV Ad – ‘Protect and Serve’ – Features Retired City of Henderson Police Captain

With the question of whether marijuana will be legal for adults in Nevada hanging in the balance, it’s time for our closing arguments. For the past week, we have been airing an ad with Claudia Noriega-Bernstein, describing how our communities will be safer if we regulate marijuana.

Today, we have launched a new television ad, featuring James Greene, a retired City of Henderson police captain. Please watch the ad below and then share it with your friends and family!

Among all of the reasons why we should end marijuana prohibition and regulate marijuana like alcohol, one of the strongest is that it is absurd to have massive law enforcement resources dedicated to policing marijuana-related offenses. As Capt. Greene says in the ad, we need to regulate marijuana so that police can better protect our kids and our families.

There are only 12 days left until the election. Please do your part to protect kids and families by voting and encouraging other supporters to vote. From now through November 4, you can – and should! – vote early. Use the following link to find your early voting location:
